Under the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to purchase, or attempt to purchase, alcoholic liquor if you are under the age of 18. Triple fff is committed to upholding both their legal and social obligations as a retailer of intoxicating liquor. In accepting our Terms and Conditions, you agree to act in accordance with the Licensing Act of 2003. You must therefore be aged 18 years or over to purchase alcohol from this site and you must be able to supply proof of age on request.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our online shop, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch. All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Payment must be made in full before the goods are shipped.

Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

When returning goods please remember to include a copy of your receipt. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Please make sure you get a proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 Sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater that this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If your item is in stock and you order before 12.00am we will do our very best to despatch your order immediately to arrive with UK customers on the next working day.  In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

We do not charge a handling fee – larger, heavyweight items such as beer are sent by 24 hr. Courier otherwise goods are sent by Royal Mail. Deliveries are required to be signed for and cannot be left with a neighbour.

Orders placed Monday to Thursday will be delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends). All orders placed Thursday afternoon or Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Please allow 48hrs for delivery over the Christmas period.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase. Should you not be satisfied for any reason, simply return your purchase to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. If we have made a mistake, we'll also refund the delivery charges.

Our aim is to deal with any problems you may have fairly and efficiently.

We will respond within 3 working days and explain what actions we intend to take to resolve your complaint.

Triple fff does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' (in Internet Explorer) and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

1.    Take and fulfil customer orders.

2.    Administer and enhance the site and service.

3.    Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes.

These Terms and Conditions and your use of our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

This website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
